At Best Executive Pens we believe that customer service will be the key to our success.  If we can keep our customers happy by helping them in any way we can, we will have them back the next time they are looking for a fine writing instrument.  Here are 2 examples:

  1. A customer has an “old” green and gold Sheaffer pen and wanted to know its value.  We do not appraise pens, but we directed the customer to someone who does.
  2. Another retailer wanted to know if we had a certain brand and style of pen.  We currently do not carry that item, but we found someone who did.
